Yes, you get everything that they describe! However, Quantity wise - you get 120 pieces which counts for every little berry that comes on the branch things and acorn piece. This is perfect if you want to decorate a nightstand(only) and nothing more. For comparison: the pumpkins are about the size of a toddlers fist. The acorns, about the size of a toddlers pinky. The acorns, same thing. The Branch things are about the size of a #2 pencil unsharpened. The leaves, about the size of a toddlers opened palm. Just good for thought before you spend the money.

Count of contents is accurate. Great for miniature display. Pine cones 2’’, pumpkin/gourds 2-4K’, leaves 3’’, acorns are the only thing true to size. [maybe pine cones from a tiny pinetree].

On the positive side it came in one day. Great. I spent a day running from store to store trying to fill a basket for fall. Then it occurred to me to check out Amazon. However, I was expecting something more substantial. The photos are very misleading. The box it was shipped in was only about 5 x3 inches in length and height. The items were just stuffed inside so that when you dumped it out some were broken or chipped. The biggest pumpkin is about the size of a tangerine. The picture looks like it is overflowing the basket. How tiny is that basket? You could put the whole order in a soup bowl. I had to go to the dollar store and buy bushes of leaves to put in the bottom of my basket. It looks ok doing that. I think you get what you pay for.
