What all do I use for the quest 7000

its a lot like the more popular Roomba. Its a dry sweeper. When it works it does do a good job sweeping around the house. Works best on flat surface such as hardwood or laminate in my experience.

Does this have a Litium Ion battery? Should we be worried?

Hi Jason T.,This has a Nickel-Metal Hydride battery and there is no need to be worried--even with our robots that do have Lithium Ion batteries.

What is the difference between the Quest 600 and the Quest 700?

No idea. Bought the 700 and it stopped working after 1 st use. Don’t recommend.

Why did my quest stop charging after a year and half? why when i called hoover did csr tell me to plug it in after turning it on and off.

The batteries in it are absolute crap. They have likely dropped below 1v so the Charger cannot “see” that the robot is on it. You can charge it by taking apart the vacuum and popping the battery into a benchtop set up.
