Not solid copper!
Not solid copper, just costing. I got fooled by this product. Metal copper coating got ripped after I adjusted it to fit size

I got tired of washing the green of my wrists and braclet. If I had experience positive effects it may not have been such a bother. I have an uncle who had very positive effects from wearing copper so I decided to try it. Unfortunately, I did not find it helpful for healing after several weeks. I was hoping for a relief from joint pain in my wrists, thumbs and finger. Magnets have worked more effectively for me.
