Quality of item is acceptable, but the product description and price are deceptive. The description claimed there was 3.07 oz in the bottle, but in actuality there is only 2.65. Of course, claiming the higher quantity allowed them to represent it as a lower cost per ounce. Seems like something that could have easily been caught by the Amazon quality control, but deception seems to be the way of the world these days. Good thing this bottle will last me a long time because I definitely won't purchase it again.

Not only do I used dry mustard in various recipes, I also like to use it to make "home made" mustard and mustard sauces. Have tried many other brands but Simply Organic tops them all. For home made, add just about any sort of vinegar according to taste, a dash of salt and pepper, if you want, the longer it sets, the thicker it gets so adjust liquid as needed. But the flavour is fantastic! As I say: Simply Organic is Simply the Best.
