Good fit
I like the way it fits...easy to move in. I wear it to the gym, doing housework and shoveling snow.

The item did not fit at all. Don't recommend it especially if you're a waist 32'' and below.

Only thing I would say is this belt is a little wide on the torso, which makes it a little bulky but only bc it’s neoprene. If you wear it under a shirt it looks like maybe you have a hernia and have to wear a brace or something. For at home workouts or if you are comfortable just wearing a sports bra this is the way to go. Other than that I am pleasantly surprised. I went on a mile walk with it and I swear a lot!
