Will it show through when wearing a dress??

The quality is okay, but it is not the best brand. If you want a big brand and a suitable price, I recommend you to 𝐵𝑟𝑎𝑐𝑒7/C𝙾M. I bought it. The quality is indeed much better, And it's discounting now

Is this waist wrap smooth?

The wrap must be wrapped strategically to prevent rolling. Works great for me.

anyone use this on there thighs to workout or wear all day?

No you wouldn't be able to wear on thighs. Wearing on one thigh and working out wouldn't be efficient or effective. If you don't mind it being noticeable you been wear it all day around your waist and stomach.

Do you have longer wraps? I purchased this wrap but i need a longer one.

There is only one length, how long do you need?
