Is this pan 100 % food grade silicone so that when you fold it there is no white in the crease?

The best I can tell you is that no matter how I fold and mangle this pan, I see no white and it returns to its original shape no worse for wear. I have no knowledge of the manufacturing to be able to state 100% food grade. I have used it quite a bit with no noticeable impact on the food or change in color of the pan.

Ad says the pan is square but dimensions say others. Which is it? I'm looking for a square dish.

Is this microwave safe?

I wouldn't use it in the microwave. I'm sure the silicone would be fine, but it has a heavy metal rim, and metal doesn't belong in the microwave.

Does this pan pass the pinch test, showing no white where pinched, to prove it has no plastic fillers?

I don't usually go around pinching my bread pans so I don't know about that.(LOL!!) I DO know it is a really nice bread pan and your bread pops right out without sticking. I love this pan, it's the best one I have ever used.
