Needed wax guards
Needed to replace wax guards while visiting family. Forgot to bring on the trip. Prime membership delivered next day and reasonable price. No complaints.

Take care removing from the case
Works well most of the time. While trying to get one out of the case. The tip on the extractor end broke off. Had to use a second one to remove the filter, wasted one filter, couldn't get it back in the case.

Sometimes they work
Very frustrating...because it is not uncommon that I have to throw half of them out because they won't fit. I am guessing they are made in China?? I have high quality Resound aids. I never had this problem with Resound wax guards. I don't like paying double for the product since I often have to discard half of them.
