Loved that it removes dust and hair and is so easy to clean and maintain. It's not very loud and has lights to let you know the quality of the air.

When I bought this product on 9/21, I ordered 3 at $189 each. I was so impressed with the function and efficiency of the machine. However, 2 out of 3 of the Air Purifiers just stopped working despite of changing the Air Filter.in April this year, I contacted Purafide directly and Customer Service Representative Rachel took care of the issue immediately. She sent me a replacement unit expeditiously. I have recommended this product to all my friends and they also purchased the product from Purafide. So today, 11/15/23 the 3rd Air Purifier did the same thing. I sent a message to the seller and within an hour , Rachel responded and indicated the there must be a problem with the Mother Board and will send a replacement immediately. No fuss, not a lot of questions, Rachel just took care of the problem and just trusted what the customer had to say. Thank you very much Rachel. I encourage everyone who’s having technical difficulties with their machine, just contact the Customer Service Dept and Rachel will take care of you. UPDATE AGAIN: After contacting customer service they got right back to me. I was given instructions on how to clean the sensor. Once cleaned it works fine. Wish they had included these instructions with the product.UPDATE March 3 2023! After cleaning the Pre-Filter for the second time, I plugged it back in, turned it on and after the initial blinking green light, it turns red and goes in to high fan mode. NOTE: IT was BLUE before cleaning. Now there’s a burning smell. My guess is the motor is burning so it’s now unplugged and turned off. I have contacted the company via email since there is no customer service phone number. I’ll update this review if/when a resolution happens.Very Quiet and I have noticed less dust in the general area where we use it. I like that it has a washable outer filter, and the main filter doesn't have to be replaced for 2 years.

I had to return this. We are having lots of issues in our rental due to a leaking roof everyone has been arguing over who has to pay to fix it for 2 years now. The kids started having breathing issues, so I did a lot of research. I was excited when I landed on this one. All it did was keep telling us the air was clean. That is just not possible. You can even smell the dirt in the air. So, I put it in a small room where the big dogs sleep. As you can image, it smells very heavily of dogs in there. I decided to see what it would with that. It sill said the air was clean. It did not make the room smell any better after leaving it on in there for 2 hours. I decided to move it back out the the landing. Just a few minutes after that, the entire upstairs reeked of dog. I was done trying to figure it out after that. It did the exact opposite of what it is supposed to do. I just sent it back after that. It took a couple of weeks to get the dog smell back out of the upstairs.

Excellent product and now have three of them. Two smaller and the larger with hepa,charcoal easily in back and one washable filter in front! Removes peg idle and frying fish odor,hair both pet and human! Great machines! Support our veterans!

I have been familiar with air purifiers since I was a child and my Father had one, So I know firsthand how much better a good one can make you feel. Right now, I have two other brands in my home, they work well, but they are relatively expensive to operate. They eat filters and as a rule replacement filters cost me about $100 per year per machine. Getting kind of expensive. As such I was intrigued with Purafide's claim that their filter needs to be changed only once every two years, (as long as you vacuum the prefilter once a month.) since I already do this to my current crop of AirPurifiers I figured they are worth a trial. Likes: the free multi plug outlet extender is genius and keeps me from using up all the wall plug space in my office. Veteran owned and family Run is a plus. Saving over $400 over 4 years on replacement filters is GREAT (My personal calculation). Auto feature run by sensors could be cool, I need to try that feature out. Dislikes: When I hit the lights out button the power and fan speed lights remained on…This will not work for my wife, so I may not place it in the master Bedroom with out using some post it notes to cover the LEDs. The replacement filter seems solid and robust enough.I bought this machine for use in my home office, and I have tested it with an inexpensive air particle monitor (bought on Amazon). When I run it on High, it took one hour to remove 93% of the particles .3 microns and larger (pretty good…171 down to 12), left running over night at medium speed also resulted in 93% cleaner air. I consider both to be good numbers and indicative of a quality H13 grade HEPA filter. 93% is comparable to what my other units do. I am excited to find a cost-effective machine. Hopefully it continues to function well. I will keep you informed. UPDate: It has now been three months and this unit continues tod elight and function quite qell. If anyone does have a problem with performance I am certain they will replace your unit as it has a lifetime warrantee. Some day I know I will wear out the unit...hopefully I live that long!

This lightweight thing is STRONG. It has 3 color results based on airflow. Blue, green, and red. I wondered what the colors meant and basically:Blue: airflow is good, aliens can visit.Green: airflow is questionable, bad aliens might be near, tread lightlyRed: dragons..don't fear though, be the dragon.
