The only photos are for some section introductions. Not that many useful recipes. I do appreciate nutritional values are given, however I found this book very lacking.

Great new cookbook for Healthy & Clean Eating!!
It's not just a cookbook, it's wonderful information and a terrific guide to follow to start a new lifestyle.Mary Opfer gives such great tips from storage tips for leftovers, to stocking your kitchen with healthy staples and informative charts to follow. I especially enjoyed the delicious new food combinations in the recipes and can't wait to try them all out. Beautiful pictures and good info on substituting ingredients!!Love this book and look forward to cooking!

This is more for beginner clean eaters
Ok book and easy recipes. I wasn’t very impressed. It has some good information for beginner clean eaters but not someone like me who is 49 yo and could google these recipes and information. With that said I will make a few of the recipes.

Easy Clean Recipes that are Delicious!
I just received my cook book and I’m so excited! This book has something in it for everyone…even the picky eaters! I made the Tuscan Chicken Sandwich last night which was easy to make and full of flavor. I can’t wait to work my way through these recipes. 🌻

Take the guess work out of dinner
As a full-time working mom, it's a challenge to find time to eat clean and healthy. Clean Eating for Two offers recipes that take 30 minutes or less, use few ingredients, and really easy-to-follow recipes. I love that the book provides substitution tips that cater to my nutritional needs and makes eating clean simple and straightforward. I have been defaulting to this book when I can't think of what to make for dinner. It's my new go-to that guarantees a simple and healthy dinner in a pinch.

Not just an ordinary cookbook!
I love the “back to basics” idea! Takes me back to my grandmother’s kitchen where everything wasn’t processed. The Clean Eating Alternative chart & Foods to Limit & Avoid chart are perfect reference guides. Thanks for the shopping savvy advice. I find it a challenge to shop and cook for 2 as our two adult kids have been living home, then not, over the past 6 years. It’s nice to know that I can just take a recipe from this Clean Eating For Two and not stress that I’ll have leftovers, although leftovers can be a welcomed sight when the troops come home. On those days I’ll just triple a delicious recipe. Try the Shepherd’s Pie and Chicken meatball recipes! Can’t wait to make the Golden Spice Granola! Thanks for writing NOT just an ordinary cookbook.

Yummy, quick recipes!
This book is fantastic! I’m a working mom and finding the time to cook a healthy meal in a short amount of time is extremely important to me. I made two recipes so far (smoky Baja fish tacos and blueberry muffins), they were both easy to follow and delicious.I like the layout of this book. Simple, clean, easy to follow. There are substitution recommendations and tips for each recipe.My favorite is that the recipes prep and cook time are so short!I highly recommend this book.
