Great Noise Cancelling Headphones

Not sure yet....
Used with an imac. Works well when plugged in using the 3.5mm jack and simply using sound controls on the computer. However, when used via the USB (and remote controls) there seems to be some sort of conflict in the microphone side meaning others get a very distorted sound. Not sure if that's something I'm doing wrong or it's just the product itself.

Not made to last
Bought these last October to use with soft phone on pc. Very comfortable to wear & easy to use. Liked the headset/microphone mute & volume control. Worked great until this week. Now gives echo on other callers voice. Phone system & pc checked with other headset, no problem.
