Disappointed
Used to love this as a gentle and mild wash for sensitive skin, but it was hard to pump out and had hardly any lather

Faulty and don't replace
Product arrived leaked in packaging and damaged pump reported this and was told its not returnable and to contact Johnsons for parts replacement not acceptable in my eyes so now i need to go out and buy another cheers amazon good customer service.

I have no doubt about Johnson products however this along with body lotion and bath comes with clearly content missing. Advertised should be a full bottle but it is at least 20-40 ml empty or missing and the cap just fell out.

Better than soap
This product is gentle and works well. Perfect for babies and older adults. Likely great for anyone. Less drying than soap to clean oneself and washes away easily with water.
