This set is nice, especially for the price. The cutting edges and points are sharp. Blades and handles are all secure in the storage box, and it's hinge and latch are well-made and of good design. The next time I'm feeling generous, (or selfish, so he doesn't swipe mine!) I might buy one for my husband to use in his studio.

What a great little knife set! I was happy to find such an affordable kit on Amazon, with three different handles and 13 individual blades, all in a little self-contained kit. The knives are solid and well made, and are easy to twist to change out the blades. The blades are all very sharp and ready to be used, and snap into the top of the case. Everything fits neatly into the case, which is compact - maybe a little too compact, which is why I give this four stars. The knives have to be places just so in order to snap back into the case; I wish there were a little more room to take them out and put them in so the end of the blades didn't catch on the case. It's also pretty hard to open the case, and I was afraid on my first try that everything would fly out of it, but it was pretty secure and nothing moved out of position.
