Is the knife big or small?

The length of the knife is around 9"

Does it have any. Type of clip on it

Only on the sheath does it clip in. Other then that, it's an open knife with nothing stopping it from getting away from your hand and lost. Also, it only took one dive for this blade to completely rust over every surface of metal on it. Not quality titanium like the ad described when i first purchased it. Instead got garbage polished steel which is now advertised. Buyer beware on this, the price is attractive, but I got what I paid for.

What is the length of the blade?

Thanks for your answer but "around" should not be used, an exact length is better. Also, when advertising to sell, include the length of the knife, especially the blade.

Is the sheath able to attach to a leather belt?

The sheath is plastic because it is meant to go in the water. It normally is attached to the leg with the included rubber straps. If the belt is the same width as the strap it should work but mine is put away right now so I can't tell you how wide the strap or belt can be.
