Excellent tool for baking.

Solid , but rusts :(
I really like the heavy gauge steel this is made out of, but it does rust if I don’t dry it immediately after using. Other than that it has cut many a pain au chocolate and I foresee many more in the future.

poor construction, doesn't hold true measurements, trash.
Nothing about this should be labeled as "professional" ... there is too much "give" in the wheel meaning what you cut your pastry to will not be the size you set the wheels to. It feels cheaply made. I have had others that are similar price point and much sturdier construction.
