I bought this for my mom. She feels this is very easy to use. The attachments given are of sufficient quantity to prepare various food items. Great Product.

The thing that I most liked in this product is that is easy handle, use and clean.

This item is faulty as it's handle is getting stuck while operating. This is not useful to me at all. Now, since I have already disposed the package I won't be able to return or replace it. Very disappointing purchase. I would now prefer to buy such items from local shop rather than ordering from Amazon.
