The included shoulder strap can be attached on either end or on opposing sides, giving more options in carrying preferences.  There is also a double strapped handle that has a velcro closure to hold both straps together and can be carried by hand if preferred.  There is meshing on the top, both ends and a semi circle on one side allowing for lots of air flow and viewing windows for pets.  There are zippered openings on both ends, one is the door, the other is a smaller opening for reaching in without needing to fully open the door on the opposite end.
