I take these drops under my tongue and they work great! They help promote relaxation. They have like an oily texture but no tase.

Has definitely helped me sleep! I am sleeping deeply and through the night! I have only been taking it for a few nights, but I noticed an immediate difference. The flavor is fine but very sweet to me. It's nothing to keep me from ordering again, just be forewarned. I could probably mix it in a drink before I go to bed and that would help but I want to be sure that I get the full dose in case I don't finish my drink, so I just put it directly under my tongue. I feel a little drugged when I first wake up from sleeping so hard, but I become more fully awake faster. I don't drag around all morning. I get up with the alarm and within a few minutes I am up to full speed. It's been a long time since I was asleep when the alarm went off.

I'm still trying to figure out the dosing but it seems to be working with a minimal amount

I don't follow the instructions to take dose 2x a day. I take a dose about 1 hour before I want to go to sleep, and I cannot stay awake when it kicks in. I finally feel like I get a good night's sleep when using this. Will be a repeat buyer.

Welll….think I’m done with this brand. Not sure what this is that came from the bottom of the bottle (which was full), but looks potentially like mold?

I saw no difference…. And slightly nauseous that goes away within a couple of hours.Bottom line: can’t endorse or condemn.
