Horrible experience, almost no documentation, apps that aren't fully English capable....just the WORST.
I get a device with a logo and a serial number on it with a card to a web-link to download an app that's not even fully English. The app is a JOKE and doesn't allow full configuration of the device, only allows you to put in a couple of values. Basically, this device (with what they send you) is virtually USELESS to a beginner in this technology and is a waste of money and effort.This prepares no one to "ease" their way into this technology and, without a proper app that accesses ALL of the devices features...it's just a plastic paperweight.These people should be put out of business for how poorly they present this device. I am BEYOND angry about how badly this device was presented to me.

No information on usage
The device just arrived. For setup, it came with a business card that has a URL on it that goes nowhere. The domain is offline. I can find no evidence that the company that made this are even around. Do not purchase.The case is sealed. There is no way to open it. If a battery goes dead, you may as well just throw it away.I am getting a refund on this.

There is no easy way to change the battery in this unit
The battery in this product was dead when I received it, There is no easy way to change the battery in this unit. The setup URL that came with the unit does not work and no directions are included.

Useless
The TZone Beacon app simply does not work on my iPhone, and there is no other way to configure these beacons. From the app, I select the beacon I want to configure and then...nothing happens. Is this a joke?
