I purchased these to help with possible lymphatic drainage, swelling in my legs, poor cirulation. I can definitely feel the blood circulating better during and after use and noticed less swelling. These are sturdy, well made.

Flimsy came broken
The back massager is very flimsy I can’t even use it. It has plastic pieces a flimsy rope and came broken. The other piece is much better quality. I suggest buying just that single object or choosing a different seller

Poorly Made
I would not recommend buying the Maderoterapia Message Roller Rope is poorly made. I bought the two together but I wished I would have bought them separately. How the message roller rope is made will scratch your body. After one use the rope has already frayed. Do not buy it save your money.
