Bought this machine for my Salon.
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. Since I have a salon in a residential society, and with COVID increasing on a daily basis, sanitisation was coming out to be a very necessary expense. I was looking to lower that cost without compromising on the sanitisation quality. This machine turns out to be much cheaper than getting regular sanitisation done.I called Kitano customer service to understand the difference between DIY sanitisation and professional sanitisation, to my surprise they knew knew more about sanitisation than the professional I hire every week to sanitise my Salon.I recommend the brand and their products. Call them you need anything they are simply awesome. Product is one part they differentiate big time, and the cherry on the cake is their customer service and support.

Worth to purchase

Also, unlike other products customer service from the brand was a delight, they explain you things from ground up which only brings confidence that you are using a good quality product.Highly recommended. If you have doubt call KitaNO customer service and they will guide you since they have range of products for sanitization.

Poor help as customer care
The operation manual provided does not give any detail for protection of the operator or what type of PPE he need offer.When talked to Kitano customer care , was very rude , he told it on the lebel liquid, I requested if it was mentioned in the manual , would have better for us , but he rudely told me to not phone again and return the machine , insptite of my some suggestion to incorpotate on the protection matter in operation manual.However I found the machine is working nicely .

Poor product .don’t buy
Brown dirty liquid with burning smell comes out in 20 seconds that spills over the surface or floor. ..flow of fog is also intermittent with variable flow which directly goes upto the ceiling rather than setting down the floor ..waste of Rs 5000-6000/-

Satisfied
The product was easy to use and nice and good flow of spray.. happy with the purchase. Also the product appears new and unused unlike some other fumigation spray I purchase and returned.

Good product but leaks
Its a good product. Easy to fumigate the rooms. But after using it for couple of weeks , a black sort of liquid drips from the outlet .. putting a tissue or kitchen towel below it helps with the dripping.

Product did not work
Received on time, when switched on after filling the liquid, the fig did not come except the sound from machine. Waited till the machine is heated (till blue light turns off), but no use. Bad smell was coming from the unit when tried second time. Called up customer service 8 times but no one picked up the call. Returned the item today

Usefull product
Difficulty in refilling the bottle, one has to put it in upside down to fill
