## Description

Whether it is a marker, fountain pen or brush pen, the 120 g/m² paper is perfectly suited to the use of different writing instruments. During production, the pressure of the rolls gave the paper a smooth and particularly slippery surface. It is gentle on the pen used and ensures a pleasantly smooth writing experience. The ink line does not run, but retains its sharp outline. By adding the right fillers, the paper has a relatively low level of transparency: the writing does not show through on the back. The paper has been specially developed and manufactured in Germany.

**Q: Does it come with the pencil like in the picture?**
A: Sorry! The pencil is just for scale. That way you can tell which format notebook you’re receiving from just the front picture. In this case, these notebooks are A5 format (we call it medium!)

**Q: does it include matching pen holder?**
A: No it does not have a pen holder

**Q: Does this also have an index?**
A: Yes! All our notebooks have numbered pages and an index for referencing.

**Q: do you carry a Leuchtturm1917 XXL size (8.5 x 11.5 ") soft or hard cover, blue or black with the heavier 120g paper?**
A: The 120G paper is only out for the medium format. Our Master size notebooks are still using the original 100gsm paper for now!

I’ve been journaling for years and this is the best notebook I’ve used. The 120 gsm paper is smooth and handles fountain pens beautifully with no bleed through or feathering. The dot grid gives just the right amount of structure while still feeling open and flexible. It is a bit on the pricier side but the paper quality makes it completely worth it. Highly recommend for anyone who values good paper.
