Don't buy this dipencer.....defect in engineering
I have bought Thousands of dollars products based on reviews. So far the reviews vs. products were good, but this dispencer is bad. Maybe I got a lemon, but this dipence does not work well at all. You have to trigger the dispencer again and again for the whip cream to come out, instead of smooth dispence to decorate the plate. It will only properly work, if you put half amount of recommended amount of cream to work some what properly. This product is so bad that i am writing the review for the frist time on amazon....if you do purchase, i hope you get better than one i bought. It's cheap for a reason....

Love Love Love this!We love having this dispenser. Fresh whip cream has no substitute anyway this dispenser works great.Large enough to have plenty of whip cream, more than the store bottle for sure. Also the tips are cool for different designs and the canister itself is very sturdy and so are the top pieces. I waited to review this item a few months to see how it has held up and it is a great piece of equipment for the kitchen! I would highly recommend this particular dispenser!!Thank you for reading 🙂

The can itself and the top is fine but the plastic cap for the cartridges is complete ...
Ok first of all i have used other brand canisters. The can itself and the top is fine but the plastic cap for the cartridges is complete garbage, the threads on it started to shred right away and it is very easy to strip . After several uses the first 3-4 threads were destroyed and it would no longer make a puncture and seal so I bought a steel cartige holder... then the pin/needle that punctures the cartridges started to bend down inside it's self and made it very difficult to crack. I had to use a set of channel locks to crack it. I even used tool: picks, dremel, etc and would make a nice point to easily puncture the cartridges and it would again start to fold down into itself again making extremely difficult to Crack.. Worked it again and at this time the point/needle had lost its length and you would have to screw it in all the way. I have to cut the seal in half just so the cartridges could reach the needle. Alot of work to get a simple device to work properly. I Will be returning and purchasing a nicer one. For the occasional user it would do just fine. But those who do plenty of crackin... don't waste your time. Cartridge holder 100% crap. The needle not very strong and will begin to make cracking the cartridges very difficult. But it was a good price and again minus the plastic cartagena holder I think this would be fine for the occasional user just not heavy user.

Fun at first.
It was fun at first but the instructions that came with it don't have basic troubleshooting. No contact information to get basic troubleshooting info, so it's sitting on my counter unable to be opened. I'm not a happy camper.

Works better than expected.
Purchased it for the price when compared to the alternatives. You might want to think about replacing the plastic cartridge recharger with the metal one I have reviewed elsewhere here. Easily holds three cartridges of gas for high-volume restaurant use.
