is this waterproof and suitable for freezing temperatures?

I don't believe the coat is waterproof. The coat is very warm and suitable for freezing temps.

Would a juniors size 16 be equal to a womans small in your coats?

I would think so... im about 5'5 135lbs and I got a medium and it fits great

Whats the lenght of the coat

3/4 length. I’m 5’6” and it comes to my knees. I hope this helps.
