I'm pleased with this trolley, I was a bit worried about the negative reviews but to be fair, it's not priced at high end and so I didn't have high expectations, I just wanted functionality.It does exactly what I need, I can't carry boxes easily so it's mostly for moving bulky things around the house (without the canvas) and maybe for a supermarket run now and again (with the canvas). It isn't the sturdiest of trolleys, I'd agree, but if you don't need to ask too much of it then it does the job. It climbed the stairs fairly easily, certainly better than trying to move a box without it.I just moved a 12kg box of suet pellets for the garden birds from my doorstop to my under stairs cupboard and there are no problems at all with that weight. I'd be careful with more than 20kg though, I think.It was a breeze to assemble, it folds easily and is very light to lift, and if it lasts a year or more I will be very satisfied with what I paid for it.I've given it 4 stars because the aluminium is coated with some plastic which is shedding - I think it is meant to come off, but it's difficult to peel off and looks a bit unsightly.

Received this today and I'm pleased with it, strong handle ideal BUT do think the instructions for fixing the wheels on is bad, weak, nuts don't go home? And no explanation. Tried always. Please someone review it

There are so many negative reviews on this product.apart from the wheels are a bit noisy which should fade after continuous use.i found it well made good quality and excellent price.

Good quality and waterproof. Really useful as recently had to give up driving and don’t always want to do an online shop due to the spending limit. I can now walk with this to the supermarket just along the road. The wheels are also stair friendly as live on a top floor flat with no lift.

While the item looks like a great item, it falls short. Key part of the product is the goods bag, which does not fit over the bars to secure it to the trolley. Not in the slightest and even coaxing without force has cause stitching to tear. I’d say this is a huge product floor. The low star rating is exacerbated by the lack of return communication towards a solution. Acknowledging an email and no follow up does not create a solution out of the ether.

My last shopping trolley was cheaper but it inevitably turned out to be a false economy as the weak clip on wheels regularly detached when put under any kind of strain such as climbing stairs or kerbs until one of them became damaged beyond repair. Not only does this trolley have 6 wheels to easily manage stairs, they are tightened onto the frame using an Allen key. Every part of the trolley feels good quality and sturdy, even the bag which can be fastened shut with a buckle clip unlike the velcro fastener on my old trolley which was so weak I didn't bother using it. The foam handle is also a nice touch.
