Missing pieces. Great customer service!!
Santa brought my daughter 3 lego sets in the camping theme.. she loves camping and boating. The 1st set that my daughter tried to build was the Forest House. She was SO excited about the set until she realized it was missing the kayak. She never finished the set. Today she built this set and it was missing the sail for the boat. She wanted these sets because of the boats!!!! What a huge disappointment. Twice! Where is the quality control???Update! Lego customer service was very helpful and got us the missing pieces very quickly. I had no idea that they would be so amazing! Thank you! 5 Stars!

Missing Major Part but Customer Service was Great
One main part, the SAIL was missing! Is there any way for us to get that missing part? Not having the sail for the boat kind of ruins the fun of this set. But the Lego Customer Service reps listened to our issue and they took care of it immediately. Our granddaughter can now expect the missing sail to arrive in a week or so. She has to be patient because it is coming all the way across the ocean from the Lego warehouse in Denmark. Thank you LEGO!

My nephews have enough boy legos to build an entire country. Their little sister asked me if I would start sending her girly legos that they would not play with. This was the first set for her and she LOVES it. She is only 6 but she calls me everytime she takes it apart and puts it back together. It was really a great price and the perfect gift for my princess. I can’t wait to send more. She is so happy and it is a pretty good size set.

Good set but missing sail to boat.
The product was good but it was missing the sail to the boat. Can anyone help me with this problem? My daughter was disappointed it was missing.

Great set
Easy to follow instructions. Great pieces to add to your collection. The racoon is super cute. Both my 10yo and my 8yo love it. My 8yo especially loves that there is a boy figure to play with. He was upset that all of the male figures we had were the old, blocky style. He's happy to have a bit more life-like figure.
