Great product, great price

Love them - soft n pretty!

These padded hangars are lovely. They look nice in the closet. Two things: They sit higher than regualar hangars, so they are at a different level in reference to the closet rod, so it is obvious they are different from the wire hangars. Also, they have a funny smell when they arrive. I put mine out on the table in the sun on the deck, and after a few hours the smell faded.

Pretty, high-quality hangers

I like these hangers but one of them arrived broken. I opened it up to investigate and see it's due to the hanger core being made from wood and this one had a knot in it, causing a weak spot which evidently slipped past Quality Control. I cannot return them for exchange because I've already removed the bows from all the hangers, not expecting there to be a problem when reaching the last hanger in the box. These should have an "H" bar plastic core instead of being wood - they would be more durable. I'll try repairing mine with wood glue, but any other of the hangers having a similar condition (knot in the wood core) will probably also break later from use. Not a good product design.

Update: upon seeing my review, the company refunded me $2. Great customer service! Great price, but one of them was broken upon arrival.
