God Bless This Messy Journal: A Guide to Embracing the Beautiful, Messy You

I have journaled on and off for years. I have been trying to get back to it as journaling is a wonderful tool to use for numerous reasons. My life this past year has taken a path I would have never seen coming and honestly do not know how to navigate through! I saw Hannah Brown on a TV program discussing her book and newly released guide to journaling. I have followed her over the years (not on social media) as she has done various projects, been on television shows, done interviews, etc. I have always felt a very peaceful feeling & positive energy coming from Hannah. I took a chance and purchased her latest guide to journaling. As of May 1, 2022 I actually started writing in it!! I am so very proud of myself for taking that first step (once again). THANKS SO MUCH HANNAH! I have a long road ahead of me, however YOUR STRENGTH, GUIDANCE, FAITH, WISDOM and PEACEFUL AURA/ENERGY surrounding you has given me the strength to open my journal and put pen to paper...which is the first step necessary for me to begin healing and getting my life back on track!By the way, I am a 50+ female no longer engaged to my boyfriend of 20 years, taking care of my parents and trying to find my way again! If I can take this giant step forward - anyone can! Best of luck to all of you also trying to find your way or just wanting to start the wonderful healing tool of journaling...Thanks again Hannah Brown!

I really love the prompts and layout of this journal. It helps you get started if journaling is a new practice for you but still allows you to move away from the structure and develop your own practice as it suits you. It's beautifully and thoughtfully designed - especially that the sleeve that has Hannah's name on it is removable...so it still feels like YOUR journal, not Hannah's. I absolutely love all of the thoughtful choices in terms of design and prompts for writing. Get it!
