String broke
Tried turning it and one of the strings already broke. Very dissapointed.

For the price, this is a great instrument.
For the price, this is a great value and fun instrument. I'm pleasantly surprised. Yes it will not compare to a floor harp or even a harpsicĺe and it is not the harp for one that is planning to be a serious harpist. But it does have sweet tone, keeps in tune, good string spacing and so light and portable. It is a pleasure to take camping, play for fun, relaxation, improvisations. It has enough strings to play a lot of simple melodies. This is my second purchase as I ended up gifting the first one and realized how much I missed it so got this one and it is just as good as the first. It's great for travel to keep practice up when I can't take my larger harps with me. Customer service is fantastic to deal with as well, very courteous, prompt and so helpful.
