I bought this almost 7 or eight years ago. I’ve been needing to update since my old one got all dried out in the pan from being stored away for a few years. I think it’s always fun to have an oil base kit for your make up arsenal so that when you have last minute parties that you’d like to attend, you can always pull this out and get creative with! The colors are all very bright and are thick in contrast. I do find that you need to use a lot of setting powder to set the make up though and it’s always best to go back in with some eyeshadow to bring out the depth in the colors. It does take some practice and a few videos to watch to make sure you’re using the pallet well. This kit came with some brushes as well and they work well with the oil based paints. But you will prob have to replace them soon cause I noticed some of the brushes were feeling loose, but it’s an easy fix with so gorilla glue. So not a huge issue.
