The white section on the backside is somewhat see thru, so you would have to wear light colored underwear. It is a one piece jumpsuit including the head section. It just zips up the entire back and has a zipper on the back of the head also. The material is thin so you can breath fine through it. The hair has elastic built in to hold it onto your head.
