Q: Is there a way to adjust the handle so that it doesn’t tilt forward as much as it does? Mine tilts more than 45 degrees.

No there isn’t. The handle is not adjustable- only goes into cart for storage and full length. I’m sorry I bought this. Not easy to steer either.

Q: How much does this weigh ?

It feels like less than 5 pounds, it is easy to fold up, easy to store, easy to unfold and takes very little room in my closet and is very sturdy. I like mine and us it to transport heavy packages.

Q: Can anyone tell me how to keep the casters on, because they just fall off??

Just purchased. The caster wheels is a bit challenging. I could not do it with my bare hands so i did it with a rubber fat head hammer and it worked! I have big boxes of furnitures coming that will need assembly and i hate having to do assembly work but i hope this hand truck will help transporting the furniture boxes from another bldg where the package hub room is located to my bldg. There will be some uneven cemented pavement and walkway pushing this hand truck and i hope it will do the job for heavy and big furniture boxes!

Q: how long are the bungee ropes that come with it?

I think they are at least 3 feet long
