Q: Does this fit 1999 ford crown victoria?

It was a perfect fit for 02 mercury grand marquis which is essentially the same as a crown Vic. Can't be 100% on a '99. You'll have to do some more research, it probably is the one you need though.

Q: Will this fit on a 2001 grand marquis? Because in the features and detaiks it says 2003-2011

I put it on an 02 grand marquis with no problems.
