The bread it's very satisfying for someone who is on keto. I don't like plain keto bread. I prefer seeded so this really does give me the texture that I'm looking for. I also like the lightness of the bread and toasted is my preference. I highly recommend this bread to anyone who is on keto and looking for a bread with some texture. It is not dense but has flavor and airiness. Only one net carb per slice. I highly recommend this.

Literally impressed with the quality of this bread. I thought gluten free, low carb combination couldn’t be good but I said ok, let’s see. Yes, it’s expensive BUT it is fluffy if you want to eat it like this and it is also amazing, toasted . I put 3 loaves in the freezer and I am going to toast them straight from there. I will update this review then to make sure it keeps the quality. But overall yes, recommend the product !!! Highly Update: we can toast the bread perfectly after freezing

The bread appeared ok at first. I put all but one loaf in freezer and put one in refrigerator. I noticed the one in the refrigerator seemed damp. By the next day, the whole loaf had mold on the top. Had to throw away. I have not tried any of the other loaves from the freezer yet. I will update when I do. I would proceed with caution on this one.

I’m generally very pleased with the everything gluten free bread. It has nice taste, though it’s very soft. I lightly toast it to get a bit more support for sandwiches. It makes good French toast as well. It’s a good product.

Thought I would try this as have gained weight after some knee trouble, despite being celiac. I think this bread is of good quality but it has an unpleasant pasty texture.

To start-I have a hard time finding good gluten free breads because I am allergic to eggs. Most of the gf breads will use eggs to bind it and get that soft white bread texture. This bread has the soft white bread texture with plenty of seeds to taste like a grain bread. It holds up to any sandwich fixings right out of the package and is also great toasted, which is sometimes required of other vegan gf breads in order to just hold it together for a sandwich.

I have been eating that bread for a couple of years now. This is the first time I’ve been disappointed. You have to buy at least 4 loaves and obviously in order to keep them from going stale or mouldy, they have to be frozen. I found that the frozen pieces from this batch would break apart and hardly able to use. The texture was off as well. I can’t buy it anymore. It’s too expensive to not be able to enjoy. Prior to this purchase I was a fan and really enjoyed the bread. It may be the batch was made wrong. I really don’t know. I’m sorry I can’t make a better review.

I have tried many, many gf breads, rarely are they low carb. This bread is only 1net carb per slice. It makes GREAT toast! Carbonaut has a life time customer in me. Only complaint, a small one, the bread is a little bit salty.

Love the product. Hard to freeze and then separate. Separate each piece before freezing. Late on the delivery, but happy to have it now!!
