I had nasty bronchitis and needed to clear my lungs. I tried Robitussin for a few days until the bottle was empty and then I tried these. Not sure if it was these that did the trick, time or the other meds, but after taking these for 5 or 6 days it cleared up. It's 1 pill every 12 hours. These pills are large, have a smell and a taste to them and none of it is pleasant. Don't chew, bite it, break them. Take them with a drink that you like and make sure you don't take it on a empty stomach... You will have some stomach discomfort if you do.
