Overall a great laptop
Easy to use and has everything I need.

Internal battery DEAD
Came with the battery DEAD. Like I’m not talking the battery on the screen. I’m talking about the internal battery. When I got the computer I noticed that it would charge. I could use it but it always said 0%. I charged it for 24hours and it still said 0%. But it still worked. But when I needed to move the computer, I unplugged it and the screen went black. I searched up what it meant and it said the internal battery might be dead but I thought ”no there’s no possible way, I just got this yesterday” TURNS OUT when I checked the battery health with the HP support assistant. It said I needed to change the battery because it was dead. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

Specs not as listed.
Got laptop because of the specs but laptop isn't living up to its specs 4 months after purchase. Extremely slow and graphic terrible.

Item returned due to warranty used and battery was not able to hold charge. Laptop detailed as new for Amazon.

Came broken
My son opened this up Christmas morning, turned it on, and a big thick vertical strip took up a huge part of the screen. Sucks that my kid didn’t have a Christmas present this year.
