Can i fit 23 kg luggage in this bag?

Sorry I don't know what 23 kg looks like all I can say is they are very large and excellent for money...hope the help

Is this 300D or 420D? Description states both

It was rubbish never used it so flimsy

Will this duffel be able to secure a 70L backpack Inside for airport check-in?

Depends what else is in the bag. It is very large, but very thin, there is no additional support so it will not offer additional protection to the backpack other than perhaps stopping contents from spilling.
