Again Kirsten Tibballs comes though again with this book. Once again excellent photos and detailed How-To-Make the recipes in this book. Now this one is more advanced than the 'Chocolate All Day' book, just as a warning, but if you follow the directions and use her Tips & Tricks she has created you will be a Chocolatier just as 'The Chocolate Queen' is. Have not made many out of this book yet but those made came out wonderful and are Oh So Tasty.. Need a more advanced book on Chocolate Creations this is the one. The Babka is to die for. I double ❤️ ❤️ this book. You love making chocolate recipes and want to step up you game - Get this book.

I am learning specifically the art of chocolate candies and treats. All the recipes are rated to the level of difficulty.I’m having a blast! I’m a pro baker and cook and wanted to add major chocolate work as well.This book is very easy to understand, excellent tasty treats.These recipes are written by Kirsten Tiballs-the QUEEN OF CHOCOLATE, based in Australia. She is a chef, author, and teacher.She can be found on the “So Yummy” channel and utube.

Wow! This is a must have for anyone wanting to cook delicious sweet treats! I have tried many of the recipes and found them easy to follow and the results were fantastic! I have friends asking when I'm cooking something from the book so they can come over and sample the great tastes! There are lots of yummy gluten free options too which is great these days when so often someone needs gluten free food! I would recommend this book to cooks of all levels, there's something in there for everyone!

great service, delivered before the estimated date. Looking forward to drooling over the recipes and cooking up a storm for family and friends. I have the first cookbook by Kirsten Tibballs, and found both to be informative and easy to follow, although some of the recipes are a little daunting.

Oh my goodness, what a delight for the senses. Aside from the wonderful recipes and mouth watering images, I love the difficulty grading, the simple instructions for things that have seemed intimidating in the past (like tempering chocolate), and the gluten free recipes!I highly recommend this book regardless of your skill level, it truly caters to everyone!
