Great product! I take magnesium to help with sleep and NutriVein’s product has been highly effective.

My husband got this for us a few months ago and I can definitely tell a difference in product then other ones, it makes you feel more relaxed and I truly feel like I sleep better at night. I feel like I can get up easier in the mornings and I don't feel tired. I take 1 around 8pm and I feel comfortable by 8:30 and then go to sleep. I have recommended this to my mom that takes prescription sleeping pills and she says she like it too.

Sentí una diferencia notable aunque nada escandaloso, una leve mejoría. Dejé de tomarla porque me daba calambre en la mano y el pie y un poco de adormecimiento en esas áreas y únicamente tomaba esas pastillas una sola al día a modo de prueba. Las hubiese seguido tomando sino fuese por el calambre.

I started having lots of trouble with my sleep. My body moved suddenly while I was sleeping and it would wake me up with my heart racing. Sometimes it was my arm others my leg that would just move really abruptly during my sleep and waked me up with racing heart and a weird feeling. I had also lots of dreams and I didn't connect these events at first with this supplement, so I went to a neuropsychologist and a cardiologist, I had lots of tests done before I connected the dots and stopped taking it. It was an expensive supplement, with good reviews and recommendations so I didn't think it was the reason for all these issues. Maybe I'm part of that 1%, so I'm speaking only for myself. Just pay attention when you take it or any other supplements, as sometimes it doesn't go like you expect. In the end, my health insurance is good so I didn't pay for all the appointments and check-up I went through. In a way it was even good because it got me to check out some aspects of my health that I didn't think of, but it took time and resources to find out that my health was perfect. And that stopping the supplement was the only option left. Maybe 1 star might seem not fair, but I'll keep it just to make people aware of this (maybe) 1% that my experience might represent.
