Great book, 2 flaws imo
Definitely some great recipes in here! My husband and I are doing the keto diet and these are definitely helping out!!Most that I have made have taken about 20 minutes. Not a whole lot of recipes with weird ingredients thankfully!! Most need some sort of fruit or meat, grass fed butter, cream cheese, mascarpone cheese, heavy whippin cream, stevia, coconut oil, coconut butter, vanilla extract, seasonings, cocoa powder etc.The weirdest ingredients are definitely matcha ( this can be hard to find ) and psyllium husk powder. Otherwise, most everything can be easily found in your local grocery storeOne downside is yes, there are pictures, but a lot of pictures of ingredients rather than the finished product (there are pictures of finished recipes, but why have pictures of ingredients at all rather than pictures of the finished recipes?)This and the fact the preparation and cooking time and freezing time can be hard to read on some recipes (not detrimental to the experience, just poor format choice) is why it gets 4 stars.Overall I say it's a good book and worth the purchase if you want some delicious keto snacks!

Nice and simple
The recipe book has pictures of the finished product with almost all the recipes, and then a random ingredient with all of them. Almost every recipe also has some kind of tip for either substitution or how to do something.

BOOM !!!
This is an extraordinary ketogenic cookbook. I am a sweet lover and I have been looking for a nice book of sweet recipes. This book contains 52 unique and fundamental recipes. I have already tried 7 recipes for me. All were mouthwatering and very delicious. The steps and instructions for preparing a recipe described in an easy manner. This is really a great book and also an intelligent writing by the author. All ideas came from the mind of an expert. This book is highly recommended. Thanks Elizabeth.

Great dessert snacks with very low carbs!
Oh my are these good. I was recently diagnosed as prediabetic and I am rapidly switching to low carbs and zero factory processed food (and its working!) but really hated the thought of missing my favorite chocolate treats: creamy fudge and peanut butter cups. They just have too much sugar even homemade to stay on my new life menu. Much to my surprise and great pleasure, these Fat Bombs (not a very flattering name, unfortunately) are every bit as good as any regular fudge or other homemade candies I have ever had and they are really low carb. Wow, I am impressed. Thank you Ms. Jane!

very easy to understand
This Ketosis diet is seen new to me and I must say that this book is very informative. For you to stimulate your body to metabolize fat rather than carbohydrates you need a strong low carb high fat diet so that your body will be left with no choice but to break down fats. The recipes and the diet plan illustrated here were very easy to understand and would surely be easy to prepare. This book shows you the proven steps and strategies on how to make breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack, dessert, and side recipes for your ketogenic diet. I find that itβs a very inspirational book!

Keto Fat Bombs
A wonderful assortment of sweet and savory recipes.Lots of pictures of the finished products.Very simple ingredients and recipes. Should help anyone on keto . There are seasonal recipes for the whole year. This author has a lot of other great keto cookbooks.

My kids even loved these recipes!
These delicious "fat bomb" recipes are incredibly unique and tasty and I'm so glad that I picked up this book to educate me on them! I really, really liked how different this recipe book is, in that it is a true departure from some of the standard, same old, run-of-the-mill recipes that you normally get in Keto recipe books. My wife made two of the recipes for our family over the weekend and our very stubborn, picky kids absolutely loved them! Anything that gets a stamp of approval from the toddlers in our home, gets a stamp of approval from me!

Fat Bombs
Made the creamy coconut fudge today. This is way up there with those decadent things in a fine restaurant. Made up easily and quickly. I give it 20 stars. This one recipe is well worth the price of the book. Also loved the red valentines recipe. Haven't tried the other recipes, but they all look yummy!!!!! I will be trying them all. Thank you for all the research and planning gone into developing these recipes for those who wish to become healthy eaters.

Very useful, interesting and delicious recipes.
A lovely selection of different recipes for fat bombs. I have made fat bombs in the past using recipes from the Internet but Elizabeth Jane's book has opened my eyes to savoury fat bombs; I can't wait to try the jalapeno and bacon cream cheese fat bombs. If you're following any low carb - high fat or ketogenic type of diet then you will find something in here to try. I also like the way the measurements are clearly laid out as it makes the recipes much easier to follow.
