Edit: even though this product did not work for the flattop grill at our restaurant, it worked excellent on my bosses Blackstone after he messes around with it. I'm amazed by the customer service of this company, they reached out and offered a full refund, but I couldn't take their money. When you purchase a new product there is always a chance it won't meet your expectations, but I can't fault the company or the product. It worked, just not on our restaurant flattop. So I will be changing my review to 5 stars because it helped my boss and the company has amazing customer service!I'm not sure if the grill we use at work is too hot or what, but I followed the directions and I used almost a full bottle in one clean just for it to not work. It evaporated too quickly, it left a weird residue even after wiping it off, I ended up just using oil and a grill brick in the end. The bottle leaks no matter how tight the lid is on. Glad I only spent $20 though, we were just looking for a cheaper option because the stuff we like is $80+, but we're just going to stick to that because this really didn't help clean the grill.

This product is very good!! Brought the griddle back to life.

It does not deep clean ! . And to expensive for what it does . I was not Impressed.

Coupled with the griddle scrubbing pads I bought, this stuff works great! Cleanest I've had my flattop!

Takes a large volume to clean properly.
