Q: Is there a big difference in the resistance of the 3 sizes?

There is a considerable difference between the 3 sizes. I can go for about 50 reps with the 30 lb size but less than 5 with the 50 lb option.

Q: How do these compare with the "Iron Crush" grippers?

These are much nicer than the Iron Crush grippers. If you are new to grip training, get the green and black. If you already have strong hands, get the red too.

Q: Dimensions for outside dia x inside dia x section dia ?

Outside diameter is 3 1/2", inside is 1 3/4" and section is ~ 7/8". The size for each weight class seems to be consistent. What makes the difference between 30 lbs., 40 lbs, 50 lbs, etc. is the strength of the whatever (metal?) is inside.
