If one vitamin is supposed to cover everything, why are so many different ones?

I don't think it's one vitamin I think it's one capsule with all the vitamins in it

Are they USP Verified?

I do not see USP on the label only GMP and made in the USA.

Easy to swallow!

So far l have been using this product for about 45 days, I'm onto my 2nd bottle. I do see improvement in my nail growth hoping as time passes I will see more developments, to date have not seen tremendous hair growth.
