Primal Harvest Multivitamin - Daily Supplement, Gluten & Soy Free

I don’t know what it is about this product but within a few weeks after taking, my leg cramps went completely away. I’m a 59 year old female that is very physically active and have always gotten leg cramps. I stopped taking it for about two weeks and the leg cramps immediately returned. Yes, I do plenty of pre and post work out stretching. My sleep has improved immensely. I have to set my alarm now, and I have so much energy during the day. Whatever it is, it’s working wonders. Believe me when I say, this stuff is the truth. I hope the price doesn’t go up.

I am pre-menopausal and have a very sensitive constitution. These vitamins have no side effects. Very easy to swallow and work like a charm. The only challenge is they’re not very cost- friendly but generally, you get what you pay for. Definitely will recommend. Hopefully this vitamin’s ingredients won’t change.

I thought I would try these because I looked at what they consisted of.....I promise you after taking them for just 2 days I had a BIG boost in energy. Have never taken a vitamin that works this well. I have ordered 4 more bottles and I have told several of my customers about them and after a couple days I contacted them to see if they worked that good for them and they all tell me they were amazed how much better they feel....and I mean in just a couple days (the same as I did). I'm 71 years old, I work 70 to 80 hrs. a week and don't get much sleep and usually get sleepy every evening but I also notices I dont get sleepy much during the day now. ......I highly recommend them!

Overall I feel like it has worked well, makes it easier to get a lot of different vitamins that I am probably lacking in, and helped me have more energy in general. It seems like it doesn't work as well after a few months which could be more about me than the product. Capsules are a good size and easy to swallow although the taste isn't great. I always try to get it down quick to avoid that.

What can you say about a multivitamin? Well, I can say this. I was taking it for months-had energy-didnt really notice that it came from these vitamins, stopped taking them for a week-to try and give my bloated digestive system a chance to regroup-and during that week I had less energy. Now I stopped taking everything-but this was part of the group. Good quality for sure, easy to take-I always take my pills after eating-as I don’t like the nausea feeling- so I don’t know how they would react to an empty stomach- and I never have to worry about running out thanks to auto ship. Highly recommend.

After a few weeks, I felt a lot better overall. No sluggish days and restful nights. Goes to show what a few vitamins can do.

Good energy with these, 90% of muscle cramping has stopped

Bought them. Tried them . They are ok. I do not notice any additional benefits or changes in my system after trying an entire bottle. Too pricey for my taste. I'll stick to my usual brand for way less money.
