Chef Select Garlic Press, Black

I purchased this garlic press over other models for several reasons; it is stainless steel and won't discolor like aluminum ones do; it goes in the dishwasher; the basket for garlic is removable making it easy to clean out the grid the garlic is pressed through. It is sturdy, built well, the handles are comfortable, rounded, and open up 180 degrees so the press lays out flat.The only complaint is that some garlic escapes around the side edges between the pressing plate and the basket when you press the garlic down.
