Q: What is the weight rating for one of these? Other products on Amazon are 150lbs, 200lbs, 250lbs, etc. This one has no weight rating that I found.

Q: I need to move a 1,300 lb safe. Will 4 of these handle the weight?

At 325 pounds each I will say they are undersized. My intended use is 250 pounds each and I only have to move it inches. It is pushing its limits. I would look for a dolly or some kind of carrier that would handle the weight.

Q: Looking to store digital piano on these permanently, so lowest to ground is important. How high would it be raised when on these?

I used these to move an desk and the steel was not strong enough to support the weight on the pads. The pads bent down which made the wheels rub and then wouldn't roll. They would work much better as JD Small describes because the weight and pressure will be in the cup.
