Absolutely comfortable. The firmness is only what not allowing your body sink into mattress nothing to do what you'd be expecting to get " floor hard" mattress once you hear "firm", the luxury topping layer made it feel sof and a little adapted to body curves.Indeed a very good buy, getting second one now ( bought Euro Small Single as have IKEA bed lol 😂)Most comfortable mattress I ever slept on. Seriously. And I'm 40 years old now:).Improved muscular pain in shoulder)neck area and lower back is getting better rest now, my sleep is deeper and now I can sleep in most positions comfortably without stiffening my neck or spine. Really impressed 👍.This review is based on my very personal experience after using the mattress for over one month.And my little daughter loves jumping on it - very suitable for it these tough springs 😍

I have had a painful back for years now. 43 years of working in the qurrying industry! So decided to try another mattress as we went on holiday and the room had a firm mattress and my back defininatly improved. We bought this (King size) after reading reviews and it looked a good price, it arrived quickly and was packed in a slim long box; I tried to take it upstairs but this bugger is heavy! Make sure you get some to help out as you'll struggle on your own unless you're a weightlifter. The mattress is vacum packed so we laid it on the bed and removed the vacum packing - all the instructions are written in big letters on the outside of the box so you slide it onto your bed and read of as you do it. Great Idea! The box said to leave it to 'inflate' for 24 hours before use but where the hell do you leave a king size mattress to inflate execpt on the bed you need for sleeping in? We had to give it 6 hours and sleep on it. No issues as it was pretty well 'up'. We have it for 8 weeks now and can confirm once it settled it is a brilliant buy. It's firm but not too much to make it uncomfortable as the memory foam top is all you really feel - you don't sink in as much though. We noticed 'body hollows' when we turned it after 3 weeks but these had dissapeared on the next turning session and new ones appeared where we were slept. My back pain was improved after one week and has been getting better until now I wake up almost pain free. It can still spasm doing the day but the nights of lying in bed trying to get comfortable have gone! Wish we'd got one years ago.

When you look at this mattress, one word comes to mind: excellent quality.Concerning being a firm mattress, it is indeed a firm mattress that is also comfortable to sleep on.I was worried a little bit about the mattress being folded and it will have to unfold and get back to its normal shape. I believe I waited approximately 43 hours just to be on the safe side but I assume 24 hours was sufficient. And now the mattress is fine.Now, I have to wait say a year and come back and make an update to this review. But so far, after having just received this mattress a few days ago, I have to say that it was money well spent.

Ideal for anyone who is looking for a firm but comfortable & supportive mattress - luxury hotel quality at an excellent price. Small double (UK size) definitely 120cm by 190 cm. This mattress will last me years. (Only downside was the delivery - by DPD - rude & ignorant delivery driver just dumped mattress at my front door, took a picture & then just left. Point blank refused to help me carry it up the stairs to my flat. As it is heavy, I really struggled)

Still great after a year of use. It is still firm and very comfortable.

This is advertized as "medium to hard" - but it's actually hard-hard. It's as stuff as a board and the most uncomfortable thing I have ever slept on. Even the naked floor is more comfortable.I wonder where that memory foam on top is supposed to be, because when you put your hand there, you can immediately feel the pocket springs under your palm.If people enjoy ultra hard mattresses, then this might be ideal, still I would only recommend this mattress for back sleepers. If you are a side-sleeper like me, your arm will always be squashed and start hurting after a few minutes, so you keep tossing and turning to avoid the pain until you fall alseep from exhaustion, only to wake up with the worst back pain you can ever imagine.Also - as many users have mentioned before - the measurements are NOT accurate! This mattress is 10cm shorter than stated here in the description. So if you have a bed frame that fits 200cm long mattresses you'll always have a huge gap now at the top or bottom. (We stuffed a pillow-roll between mattress and headbaord now to fill said gap....)Sadly this was bought from a 3rd party seller and not Amazon directly, so I see no option to return it as we don't have packaging big enough for this item, nor a huge car where this would fit in to drop it off at the parcel shop... (How would you even package an item of this size and weight after it was unrolled and inflated??)This was the last time we bought a big item from a 3rd party seller via Amazon. It's too much of a risk when the item is absolutely horrible and then you can't even return it.
