Love tge bagless and hoover my place well

A good strong vortex whirls the dust out of the air flow and gives fantastic and continuous cleaning power. Out the box this is absolutely the truth of this machine.A month or so in though the filters block up and when they do the airflow reduces dramatically and then the vortex fails and the load on the filters is increased and the flow rate fails exponentially and the orange light comes on with a quarter of a bin full.If you can be bothered to wash the filters and wait for them to dry after each and every use then this machine is brilliant.If you want to quickly bash out a hopper and tap a filter or two on the edge of a bin and get back to cleaning then avoid this one.

Very disappointed poor power. Have to go back to my fifteen year old Electrolux

Very efficient and quiet, each to empty dust container. Very satisfied

The suction power is great, picked up all my weave hairs. Only thing I would fault is the power cord is fairly short which is not convenient. Apart from that this is a 5 star product.

Bought this because I had a zanussi hoover for years and it was brilliant, this one was so good at first, suction was great then suddenly after a week the suction went down to hardly anything,so disappointed because it was really good at first and a good price

I have a dog that moults. The hairs are picked up fine using a extendable handle and swivel at the end that gets under low furnitureBUTThe brush attachment is controlled (or not) by the suction in the vacuum and applying pressure stops the brush from turning.It is OK on hard surfaces but will not pick up dog hairs on carpets. A proper motor controlled brush would be far better. I have to remove dog hair from the carpet by hand using a pet hair roller.Easy to empty and maneuverable if you are OK with this type of vacuum cleaner.I am unable to obtain a spare filter. Zanussi spares department on line or in person do not recognise the model number ZAN8620PTAs others have stated you have to wash the filter and wait for it to dry.Lights use on hard floors only.I would not buy again nor would I recommend it. 3* because it is OK on hard floors and I like the handle.I would suggest buying a much cheaper alternative and it is definitely not suitable for carpets.

This vacuum is not fit for the purpose for which it is sold. The filter clogs up very very quickly and thus the vacuum becomes useless. I ended up having to trying to the filter half way through each time I tried to use it. I eventually gave up and bought something much better (which is not hard to find).
