Very useful! Glad I bought this!

Excellent product! Makes a huge difference in how I feel after working out. I recently starting dancing, and going to the gym between work and rehearsals was becoming a huge problem. My joints were so sore! There's so much less joint pain (like knee pain after running track for 20 min) but a nice steady burn in the muscles to let you know you are really working out. The one year app subscription included is also awesome with tons of different workouts and it will sync with your s health app and your activity tracker sensors to give you all your stats. I found a really cool stretching routine that I do to limber up before rehearsal and then to cool down after. With the TRX Go being so small and convenient for carrying along, I've been taking it with me so I can warm up at the venue, and now that locally we've been having some fall weather, I take it to the park and attach it to the chin up bars outside at the park for a change of scenery (The photo is a spiral staircase I use at my parents when I stay there). The TRX straps are clearly engineered for quality and saftey. Well worth the cost; I'll be upgrading to other TRX equipment in the near future.

Such a fun piece of exercise equipment. So many exercises you can do to strengthen your body from squats, lunges, to presses. Well made and very sturdy.

The TRX system itself is in great condition and works exactly as expected. However, I was surprised that it did not arrive in its original retail packaging. While the equipment is good, the presentation was a bit disappointing for a new purchase. Still a solid product, but be aware of the packaging if you are buying this as a gift.

Husband uses it every day. He can take it where ever he goes and throws it over a tree at the park or at home. He even had a lady at the park take a picture to show her husband. He’s 68 and it’s helping keep him active when he’s not close to a gym or home with his work out equipment.

I use these myself at home and I travel to train clients with them as well. Great addition to my equipment. Highly recommend if you can’t put a bolt in your wall/ceiling or want them to travel with

I recently lost a bunch of weight and my health coach recommended I get some strength training in addition to the cardio I normally get. She recommended this. I don’t know what separates this from the set that’s like $50 more expensive, but I was shocked how sore this made my arm muscles from my first workout (in a good way). I was skeptical that using a fraction of my body weight would be enough of a workout, but was pleasantly surprised when I worked up a sweat and my muscles ached for a few days afterward. It takes a bit of faith that you will not fall on your back or face when you do the severe leans, but using the door mount method hasn’t let me down yet.Like the promotional materials say, it is super portable (I am even considering taking it to work to get a workout on my lunch) and pretty easy to use. You can download an app and get a free trial to test their guided workouts, but I’ve held off on that so far while I get used to it. I’ll likely do the trial at some point when I can take better advantage of the short time period it’s free.Overall, I’m happy with this purchase.

Je connaissais TRX de renom et l’avait déjà testé à la salle. Produit qui respire la qualité de fabrication, et pour un appareil de suspension, je ne prendrai pas le risque d’acheter une sous-marque. A voir a l’usage mais je travaille en confiance totale, les coutures ont l’air de pouvoir durer mille ans !

This shipped super fast. Packaging was minimal and appropriate. I purchased this product for a home gym, in a converted bedroom.The suspension trainer came with the ‘over the door mount’. I used this for about two weeks while I waited for my ceiling mount. The door method worked fine, but once it was properly mounted on the ceiling it was really amazing.I have used the regular TRX at the gym and am very familiar with it. These straps are thinner, but I am able to do every exercise I was able to do on the regular TRX suspension trainers.It is nice to have the portability option with the door mount, though I will likely not use that feature.Thank you.
