Is this the same as smilax aspera

It's a different plant from a different part of the world. The root is a substitute for sarsaparilla (the dried root of the tropical species of Smilax, Smilacaceae; in India Smilax aspera L., and Smilax ovalifolia Roxb.). It should be distinguished from Mexican Sarsaparilla Smilax aristolochiifolia Mill. and Jamaican Sarsaparilla Smilax ornata Hook.f.

Can this bixa botanical sarsaparilla powder be used to make rootbeer?

NO. For preparing root beer Smilax Ornata is used. Our is indian Sarsaparilla (Latin Name - Hemidesmus Indicus) which is used to reduce extra heat and detoxify skin and blood. For that you can prepare cold beverage from Bixa Botanical's sarsaparilla root powder

How much is the serving service?

I think a good serving size of sarsaparilla powder is 500 mg 1-3 times daily. That is a good starting place and if you want to increase it you could increase it to 100 mg servings, but I stick personally to 500 mg. Check the bottle to see how much you would have to take to get 500 mg.

Listen!!!! If you have stomach delay problem( if you know what I mean) this THING RIGHT HERE!!! Will CLLEANN YOU OUT! I made my own using cinnamon, cayenne, ginger, and sarsaparilla powder (uses the recommended amount on the bottle)with a cap full of Bragg Apple cider vinegar with water. This was the first thing I drank this morning 30mins- 1 hour later I felt like I lost some pounds. TMI you will do a healthy #2. Also if you’re not in the mood to get down with your significant other, Oh you going to jump on them immediately idc if you mad, or had a long day. This definitely boost your sex drive! The soursop juice is just healthy over all, do your research!

Purchased this type of sarsparilla by accident. But decided to keep it and use it until I received the original variety. There were "lead" warnings on the photo but none on the one received so I'm not sure whether this issue was corrected or hidden. So I will not be using this long term just in case. On the plus side, I do feel a slight change in my joints. But not sure if it is this product or the sea moss I also started taking. would like to read more clinical trials on this product and more about the company and the "lead" issue. Which is very concerning. More transparency is needed with this company to know if it is safe and truly effective.
